Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or an error has been made with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the return postage costs.
