This company's return policy allows for returns within 14 days if the customer is unhappy with their purchase. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, and the customer is responsible for return postage. If the product has a manufacturing issue or was damaged in transit, the company will cover return postage and offer a full refund, replacement, or whichever is preferable to the customer. We usually ship within 3-5 working days, once payment has been received from the customer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
